The affect of forward head posture on sensory and mobility limitations

Poor posture can put a lot of stress on the spine. This can be a challenge for the health of the body, because the spine is in control of a lot of body functions.

A study looked at how poor posture affects the spine and the body, and found that bad posture can affect other functions. It can make using your five senses more difficult, leading to slowness of movement and perception.

The study showed that correcting your posture can lead to improved physical performance! This is especially helpful for athletes, students, adults, and anyone who uses their body daily and wants to be at their peak performance.

Chiropractic care can help restore proper posture, including forward head posture (which is very common for people who use their phones and digital devices often). This can restore complete body function, improve overall health, and reduce or eliminate pain.
