About the Doctor

Elk Grove native Dr. Lacey Raposo believes an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

Upon graduating from Elk Grove High School she enrolled at Arizona State University majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Pre-med studies.

After graduation, she attended chiropractic school in Hayward, California, where she received her chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West; and has been serving the Elk Grove and Sacramento area ever since.

As one of the only certified CBP practitioners in the Sacramento area, Dr. Lacey uses highly specialized techniques that put patients on a path to healing and recovery, proven far more effective than traditional chiropractic methods.

Dr. Raposo is very passionate about educating the community on incorporating a healthy lifestyle – utilizing natural and alternative remedies.
