Location: Mt. Juliet, TN (Just outside of Nashville)

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Reports To: Clinic Director / Production Manager

Compensation Range: $70,000 – $100,000 (based on experience, performance, and certifications)

We are currently hiring for our Associate Doctor position — open to both Junior and Senior-level providers.

You’ll work within a proven system that integrates:

• Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) — postural and structural correction backed by 400+ peer-reviewed studies

• Webster Technique — prenatal and pelvic optimization
• Primitive Reflex Integration & Cranial Work — restoring developmental pathways and neuro-function

Your Role

As an Associate Doctor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, building deep patient relationships, and embodying our mission every day.

You will:

• Deliver tonal and structural chiropractic care through CBP, TRT, SoftWave, Webster, and reflex-integration methods.
• Conduct and interpret neurological and postural exams, x-rays, and progress evaluations.
• Build and assign individualized rehab and home care protocols within 24 hours of visit.
• Educate and inspire patients through confident Table Talk communication and Report of Findings presentations.
• Collaborate with front desk, case management, and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and community outreach events that extend our message of holistic wellness.

Your Growth Path

Junior Associate (Entry Level)

• Manage 150–200 patient visits per week
• Earn $70K–$85K base salary with bonus potential
• Master our systems: Table Talk, Travel Cards, Homecare Rehab, and X-ray analysis
• Complete CBP, TRT, Webster, and SoftWave certifications
• Develop leadership and communication mastery

Senior Associate (Advanced)

• Manage 250+ patient visits per week
• Earn $85K–$100K+ base salary with production and leadership bonuses
• Lead new patient Day 1/Day 2 experiences and deliver ROFs with 75%+ start rates
• Train and mentor Junior Associates
• Conduct community workshops and internal referral campaigns (10+ referrals/month)
• Grow your leadership capacity toward a future Clinic Director role

Performance Expectations

• Maintain ≥80% patient retention and 5–10 internal referrals/month
• Ensure documentation within 24 hours of service
• Consistently deliver measurable, reproducible outcomes
• Demonstrate growth in skill, speed, and leadership capacity
• Lead with integrity, love, and accountability

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) — Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee
• Certifications (or willingness to obtain):
  • CBP Basic Certification
  • TRT Basic Certification
  • Webster Technique
  • SoftWave TRT
  • Pediatric Primitive Reflex & Cranial Work (internal training)
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to self-regulate under pressure
• Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered mindset
• Passion for holistic and corrective-based chiropractic care
