Soul Align Chiropractic is a small business in San Clemente, CA. This position is rewarding and offers a huge opportunity for growth. We are seeking a Chiropractic to support the growth of Soul Align so that we may serve more members of our community. In addition, Dr. Whitney, the current doctor and owner, is seeking space away from the office to be able to focus on her family.

Office Systems

At Soul Align we believe in using and upholding office policies and systems in order to create a congruent and fair environment for all of our practice members. In depth business training and coaching to learn these systems and policies will be paid for by Dr. Whitney for your benefit. Additionally, every Friday we hold office hours to practice and drill our communication skills, Dr. Whitney included!

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
• Valid California Chiropractic License
• Possession, or willingness to obtain, X Ray Owner Operators Permit
• Proficiency of Blair Upper Cervical or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) or willingness to learn
• Unquestionable understanding of anatomy and physiology

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent full spine adjusting skills including familiarity with drop table and activator adjustments
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Blair Upper Cervical
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP)
• Extremity adjusting
• Soft tissue and myofascial work
• Principled chiropractor with background in Chiropractic philosophy
• X Ray positioning and acquisition (willingness to learn)
• CBCT positioning and acquisition (willingness to learn)
• Reviewing and analyzing X rays with CBP line drawing in Posture Ray
• Review of practice member posture in Posture Screen
• Master ChiroHD our EHR software
• Perform in depth neurological and orthopedic examinations
• Detailed notations
• Proficient at writing a complaint with modifiers
• Properly diagnose using appropriate ICD10 codes
• Proficiency in CPT codes or willingness to learn
• Eagerness to grow the practice
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Willingness to learn Soul Align systems
• Explanation of financial commitments
• Explanation and enforcement of Office Policies
• Creation and management of care plans for practice members
• Understanding and management of the office flow and scheduling
• Email correspondence
• Phone (text/call) correspondence
• Ability to work solo
• Collaboration with the Clinic Director
• Collaboration with referral partners and fellow heath care practitioners
• Occasional marketing events

Timing and schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday full days
• Wednesday and Friday half days

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 – 35 per week
